ERROR 1005 while importing NEW MANDATOR-Data

When i importing the datagrid for a new mandator i get the following error:

otrs:/var/www/idoit/setup# mysql -Didoit_MANDATOR < sql/idoit_v0.9_data.sql ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 9078: Can't create table './idoit_MANDATOR/#sql-4143_b46.frm' (errno: 150)

- no solution now.
